Cooking Your Catch

I have been trying to grow a small food blog, but writing has become the part I enjoy least. Taking photos and testing recipes is fun, but sitting down to write every post can take hours. I also have a full-time job, so some posts stay unfinished for weeks. I am now considering whether to hire a blog post writers instead of doing everything myself. I have never hired a writer before, so I am a bit nervous about handing over my ideas. Has anyone done this? What was it like?
